When you use KiM, we may automatically collect:

KiM does not collect or track your precise location. If location-based reminders are used, they are processed locally on your device.

For marketing emails, we may use Zoho Campaigns, which receives your email address and subscription preferences. For usage analytics, we use Google Analytics. Both services are GDPR-compliant and protect your data according to legal requirements. Data may be transferred outside the EU with appropriate safeguards.

Your personal data and media attachments in KiM are securely stored on Bubble’s cloud platform, hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. Transfers of data outside the EU and Switzerland comply with GDPR and Swiss data protection laws through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and recognized data transfer frameworks, ensuring your data is protected to EU and Swiss standards. Bubble acts as our data processor and applies strict security measures.
10. Media Access & Privacy
We let you take photos or upload files to help you visually document, identify, and organize your items within KiM.
When you attach or capture images or videos, or upload files, KiM will only access media you specifically select. We never access or process your photo, video, or file libraries automatically or in the background. Uploads and captures are only initiated by your action on your device. All media storage and processing are handled with security and privacy as a top priority, and files are never used for purposes unrelated to your organization of items in KiM.
