Welcome to Keep In Mind ("KIM"), a personal inventory management solution designed to help you organize your belongings efficiently. By downloading, accessing, or using the KIM application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Definitions
"App" refers to the Keep In Mind (KIM) application.
"Kimer" refers to a user of the KIM application.
"Free Kimer" refers to users on the free subscription plan.
"Premium Kimer" refers to users on the paid subscription plan.
3. Services Description
KIM is a comprehensive inventory management solution that includes several mini-apps for private use, including Inventory, Reading, and Movie tracking applications. The app allows you to organize your belongings by place, zone, and category.
4. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription Plans
5.1 Free Kimer Plan
The Free Kimer plan includes:
Creating and managing your personal inventory.
Viewing places shared with you by Premium Kimers.
Basic search and filter functions.
Limited export options.
5.2 Premium Kimer Plan
The Premium Kimer plan ($3/month or $30/year) includes:
All Free Kimer features.
Unlimited sharing capabilities.
Edit permissions for shared users.
Collaboration features with other premium users.
Advanced search and filter options.
Full export capabilities (Excel, PDF).
5.3 Subscription Management
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Your Premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
6. Account Termination
There are two states when terminating your account:
6.1 Pause
Content is preserved.
Subscription enters paused state.
Reactivation possible later.
Marketing emails suspended.
6.2 Delete Everything
Permanent deletion of all user data and content.
Payment information is not removed.
Action is irreversible.
No recovery possible.
7. Privacy

By using KIM, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

All content, featurs, and functionality of the app are owned by 2*Spark and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect and maintain. All your inventory data is encrypted and stored securely in the cloud.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
